I don’t care how cold it is outside in Charlotte this weekend, we have SUN in the forecast after SO MUCH RAIN lately… so you better believe we will be grillin’ out! I have a grocery delivery scheduled for today and will be marinating some chicken thighs for dinner tomorrow night using my favorite simple orange juice chicken marinade.
Here’s all you need to make it:
Orange Juice
Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic
Rosemary, Oregano, Garlic Salt
It’s a winner every time and I’m already looking forward to digging into this one tomorrow!
