Happy anniversary, Thai Pearl! One year ago today, Chef May and Travis opened their doors for business. Who knew what was coming? Flexibility, raw talent, and a whole lot of grit brought them through, and our community is a better, richer place as a result.

Red curry with crispy tofu – I could write about symphony of textures and colors, about the depth and complexity of these flavors, but honestly it just has to be experienced to be fully appreciated.

Banana coconut milk dessert – I tried this for the first time on my last visit and wow, was I glad I did! Eat it quickly – there’s a beautiful contrast between the cold banana and the sweet, warm coconut milk that makes for a fantastic mouthful of goodness.

Water – just messing around, I love photography and even the tap water here is good 🤷🏻♂️
